I’m sorry to hear that you had problems with the frequency of your transmitters. Actually, in the website, there is an option to specify the frequency range of your receiver. At the end of the frequency list, there is an option called CUSTOM FREQUENCY where you can write down your frequency needs.
However, as it was your first purchase and you may not noticed this option, we will change your transmitters. We should know which frequency range you need. Is it from 216.000 to 216.100 MHz? Do you want to have the transmitters in any specific channel?
Please, send us the transmitters and we will send them back (totally free of charge) as soon as possible.
