This can sound strange to you, but here in Italy I think there are not Brookies Breeders.
I think is better contact some Spanish Breeders for this.
Some months ago in Gorizia we have had Spanish breeder which sale pure Brookei The cost was 600 male 1000 female.

In Italy there are not really breeders but only some falconers that have one or two pair of Brookei Only one is Breeder Mr Bonetti). We are not advanced for artificial insemination. These parents Brookei originally have CITES of Austria or Germany or Spanish but not Italian, so are not autocton. In my opinion the Spanish Brookei are the best and the price is same other peregrine. If You need other information I'm here
