Looking for hawking holidays in Italy

Hello,

we (my wife and I) are looking fo a hawking/falconry holiday possibility in Italy
during our christmas holidays (This year or 2010). We would love to fly our hawks
(Goshawk and Harris Hawk) at rabbits and/or pheasant/patridge.
It would be very nice if you could put us in contact with someone who
might be able to help us. Thank you for your help!

Hi Giacomo,

I studied for half a year in Florence. So the Toscana would be a very nice area, but
i dont really think of a special region in italy. I would love to anywhere from the alps
to sicilia als long as there are some rabbits or pheasants to be hunted.

hi mate,happy to hear from other austringers.well,i live in north Italy, near milano.we're hunting in an enclosure game preserve where i and my friends are enjoying a lot on rabbit,pheasant and sometimes hares with gos and Harris hawk.the place is near Pavia,it should be great to spend a hunting day with people from foreign country.So if you'll plan to come in north italy you'll be welcome.We could write us also on iff forum.good goshawking. atb
